Job Summary



We are seeking a skilled Crude Scheduler to join our team at Enlink. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of crude oil movements across various modes of transportation, including rail, truck, and pipeline.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Schedule and coordinate the transportation of crude oil and other relevant products to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to plan and execute schedules, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, shippers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient product movement and resolve issues as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for increasing cash flow and revenue through creative scheduling and negotiation.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to customers and producers, including month-end information and other relevant updates.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, business, or operations management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics and/or operational aspects of crude supply, with a focus on commercial and economic evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of industry software systems, including Open Link Right Angle.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
