As a leading provider of solar energy solutions, United Solar invites applications from highly motivated and results-driven Door to Door Sales Leaders. In this role, you will spearhead the promotion and sale of our innovative solar energy products, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Systematically canvas neighborhoods to pinpoint and engage potential residential homeowner customers.
  • Educate and inform residential homeowner customers regarding utility rate increases to secure sales and meet targets.
  • Leverage leadership skills to manage a team of appointment setters.
  • Regularly contribute insightful feedback to management to refine and enhance the sales strategy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
  • Established experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy and construction sectors (a significant advantage).
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual compensation range is $60,000 - $90,000, encompassing overrides on team members' deals, 100% commission-only structure, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, career advancement opportunities, professional growth support, referral incentives, 1099 contract, bonus potential, performance-based bonuses, and unlimited commissions.
