Job Description:

This role will oversee the quality control function to ensure key performance indicator goals are met. The Quality Assurance Manager will supervise and coordinate the work of all quality department employees, provide hands-on leadership as a supervisor, and mentor and coach quality employees. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability, data analysis, critical thinking, organizational and time management skills, and strong MS Office knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant business analysis discipline
  • 3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance or Continuous improvement specialized role
  • Lean Six Sigma certification(s) preferred
  • Prior experience in a plant or quality supervisory role
  • Strong customer focus orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a challenging environment
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Understanding of supply chain practices and metrics
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, training quality and production employees
Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
