The Opportunity

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate social responsibility (CSR) platform, developing and executing impactful programs and events through the MGM Resorts Foundation. This is a chance to inspire change and elevate employee engagement as active participants in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the annual Community Giving strategic plan and contribute to quarterly reports
  • Administer the Corporate Giving Program, researching initiatives and assessing social impact
  • Support Foundation operations by preparing reports, maintaining records, and liaising with internal and external partners
  • Represent MGM Resorts at community events and public presentations, championing our giving initiatives
  • Develop innovative programs to attract employee donors and maintain engagement with our Foundation supporters
  • Utilize database technology to manage Foundation information and prepare reports regularly
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in philanthropy, community engagement, or a similar field in a hospitality or corporate social responsibility setting
  • Exceptional communication skills, proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently
  • Confident decision-maker who can make sound decisions independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
