We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. As a key member of our Patient Care Services Team, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop strategies to promote patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the development of unit-based policies and procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.
