Job Summary

As a Clinical Application Specialist - RN and Allied with Tenet Regional Resource Pool, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. You will be accountable to support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
- Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
