Job Overview

The Property Operations Administrator plays a vital role in managing information, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining office organization. This position requires effective communication with staff and guests while ensuring compliance with company policies and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage information within computer databases to update records and answer inquiries from guests.
  • Transmit information or documents using various methods, including computers, mail, and facsimile machines.
  • Maintain office organization through filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate's degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $28.00 - $31.00 per hour, as well as comprehensive benefits package that includes health care benefits, retirement benefits, earned paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
