Job Summary

This full-time position is based at our Maui Memorial Medical Center location in Hawaii. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality radiology services to patients, including general radiology and fluoroscopic imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic examinations according to departmental protocols, ensuring accurate diagnoses and excellent patient care.
  • Position patients, provide immobilization devices as required, and select technical factors for optimal imaging.
  • Review orders, correlate patients' clinical history with exams, and review previous studies when follow-up and progressive studies are requested.
  • Consult with attending radiologists and registered nurses as needed, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Follow all National Patient Safety Goals, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • An associate's degree in radiologic technology from an accredited school or two years of experience in a directly related area.
  • A valid Radiographer License (Hawaii) at hire and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate - Radiography.
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support OR CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in trauma, fluoroscopy, and surgery.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced hospital environment, rotating shifts, and participating in on-call responsibilities.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
