Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Massage Therapist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional massage and body treatment services.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert massage services using various techniques and modalities.
  • Assess guest needs and ensure their comfort, safety, and security throughout each service.
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices in massage therapy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Promote and sell spa services, including retail offerings related to wellness and self-care.

Requirements:

  • A state or regional massage license is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
