About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at CIRCOR International, Inc. in Warren, MA. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering department, you will be responsible for driving the success of our manufacturing processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Define, maintain, and control technical standards for use by Manufacturing Engineers and CNC Programmers.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead PFMEA activities, support the growth of constructive relationships between departments, and mentor and develop the technical abilities of other CIRCOR employees.
  • Manufacturing Operations: Create CNC programs with CAM software, evaluate complex manufacturing processes, and participate in the evaluation, procurement, and start-up of new capital equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Lead trouble shooting efforts on and off the shop floor in RCCM activities.
  • Project Management: Be the prime contact on high-level Manufacturing Engineering projects and participate in or lead continuous improvement projects that support the Lean Manufacturing methodology.
Requirements
  • Education: Typically requires a minimum level of knowledge acquired through a four-year college degree in an applicable field plus 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement, with a track record of implementation, and a high degree of computer literacy with comfortable use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience: Must have experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, and technical leadership.
