Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in the success of CIRCOR International’s manufacturing process. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining the manufacturing processes of components, subassemblies, and top-level assemblies while meeting all design and quality requirements.
This position will also serve as the liaison between Manufacturing Engineering and other functional groups, including Engineering & Quality. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing control, process development, and standard work creation.
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will define, maintain, and control technical standards for use by Manufacturing Engineers and CNC Programmers. This individual will also define process control requirements and lead PFMEA activities.
The Process Development Specialist will create CNC programs with CAM software and mentor and develop the technical abilities of other CIRCOR employees. This individual will evaluate complex manufacturing processes and participate in the evaluation, procurement, and start-up of new capital equipment.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead trouble shooting efforts on and off the shop floor in RCCM activities. This individual will be the prime contact on high-level Manufacturing Engineering projects and maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
This position requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, CNC programming, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a keen attention to detail and be able to work in both team and individual environments.
