Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Join CIRCOR, a leading manufacturer of high-performance pumps and valves, as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet the highest quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain technical standards for manufacturing engineers and CNC programmers
  • Develop process control requirements and lead PFMEA activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Create CNC programs using CAM software
  • Mentor and develop the technical abilities of other CIRCOR employees
  • Evaluate complex manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in the evaluation and procurement of new capital equipment
  • Lead trouble shooting efforts and RCCM activities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements
  • Provide manufacturing and manufacturability input for production planning, design, or repair
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a minimum level of knowledge acquired through a four-year college degree in an applicable field plus 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong technical skills in CAD (Solidworks) and CAM (Esprit)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
