Senior Manager of Product Management

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Product Management to spearhead our flagship Ediscovery offering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting product priorities, managing roadmaps, and executing strategic and tactical initiatives. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality products with high velocity, while providing clear guidance to leadership and the broader product management team on product roadmaps and priorities.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and understand customer needs. Combine product instincts and data-driven insights to inform priorities and decision making. You will leverage your expertise in product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of product management experience with software products
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a team of high-performing product managers, fostering growth and delivering results through leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully conceiving, building, and launching and managing complex products in enterprise-level B2B or B2C products
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles
  • Ability to discuss strategy and long-term vision with executives and also dive into the details
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or startup environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional, customer-centric solutions that create delightful user experiences
  • Experience delivering products in data-intensive applications that leverage cutting-edge ML/AI technologies
