Senior Product Manager - Hardware

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with expertise in hardware development to join our team at Creative Circle. As a key member of our Product Hardware Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of 1-2 hardware products, including launched, ongoing, and new projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware projects, including defining project scope and product requirements, assessing financial impact, and driving alignment across the company.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, manufacturing, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Partner with Program Management to monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience developing hardware.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities (abilities to present to senior leadership).
  • Experience working closely with technical/engineering and design teams.
  • Experience with user testing and validation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive decision making.
