Requirements:

  • Master's degree in behavioral health, social services, or a related field.
  • Current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) issued by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team environment.
