Job Overview

The Glass Guru of Duluth is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer experience. This role is essential in managing communications with our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls during operational hours
  • Address voicemails and messages promptly
  • Manage email inquiries and direct them as necessary
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Evaluate potential customer inquiries
  • Coordinate scheduling for estimates
  • Provide product quotes via phone when applicable
  • Support Estimators with follow-ups on pending sales and quotes
  • Organize appointments for Installation Technicians in collaboration with clients
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with field staff and vendors
  • Verify order confirmations for accuracy in size and pricing
  • Maintain organized records of daily work orders and estimates
  • Manage the ordering of office and shop supplies
  • Ensure a clean and orderly office environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Highly organized, motivated, and capable of managing time effectively
