- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
As a member of the agent's team, you will benefit from:
- Hourly wages complemented by commission and bonuses.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Proficient in learning various computer functions.
- Experience with multiple computer applications, especially Windows.
- Commitment to accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Provide comprehensive activity reports to the agent.
- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
- Current Property and Casualty license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours.
- Availability for the designated schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM.
- A minimum of an Associate's degree is required.

This position is with an independent contractor agent, not directly with the insurance company. Employees of independent agents must successfully fulfill any necessary licensing and training requirements.
