Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled General Laborer - Installer to join our team in Traverse City, MI. As a vital member of our crew, you will travel to homes in the general area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loads and delivers materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Performs set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Digs and back-fills trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lifts heavy objects
  • Walks and stands for long periods of time
  • Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
  • Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
  • Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely
  • Ability to grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded
