Job Title: Senior Engineer/Systems Engineer II

Network Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer/Systems Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure server and networking hardware
  • Maintain cloud systems, including Exchange online and MS Office 365
  • Document customer and ticket interactions
  • Communicate task progress and completion to clients and management
  • Handle helpdesk escalations from Helpdesk Techs and Systems Engineer I
  • Lead installation projects and coordinate with clients and team
  • Perform regular service visits to clients and/or dedicated resource for clients
  • Conduct preventive systems maintenance, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

  • 2 years' college or associate's degree
  • 8 years' experience in the field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory, networking, and TCP/IP
  • Proficiency with Sonicwall, Datto BCDR, Datto RMM, Autotask, IT Glue, and ThreatLocker
