Job Title: Superintendent

Dynamic Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of management, labor supervision, quality control personnel, and other support staff to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines to ensure project profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Experience:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Mechanical trade apprenticeship or education is preferred.

Computer Skills:

Basic knowledge and ability to use simple spreadsheet and letter form programs.

Reasoning Ability:

Excellent analytical skills and a strong capability to make sound judgments. Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and resolve issues.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Completion of OSHA safety courses.

Work Environment:

Typically work in the main office or a field office on the construction site. Extensive travel between main office and construction sites may be required.
