Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team in providing high-quality care to our adult patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Job SummaryThe Private Duty Nurse RN will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, family members, and staff
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
