KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining workstations.
  • Preparing ingredients for daily operations, including washing vegetables and seasoning proteins.
  • Setting up ovens, utensils, and grills for service.
  • Receiving orders from wait staff or through a computerized system.
  • Cooking meals in accordance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Offering suggestions for daily specials or seasonal menu items.
  • Managing multiple food orders efficiently.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of each guest's order.
  • Delivering food orders promptly to the service staff.
  • Properly storing food and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and tools.
  • Assisting with inventory restocking and collaborating with team members as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • Physical endurance to remain on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Self-driven and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick and precise order processing abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mobility – continuous walking and standing are essential.
  • Work Environment – ability to work indoors and outdoors.
  • Sitting – occasional sitting is required.
  • Lifting – ability to lift and carry items of various weights.
