Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Specialist to become an integral part of our Client Services division. This role involves managing a portfolio of client accounts and handling various requests in a dynamic and technical setting.


Key Responsibilities:
The Client Relationship Specialist serves as the primary liaison between clients and various departments within FSSI, including IT Coordination, Software Development, Production, Accounting, Marketing, Network Operations, and Purchasing.

  • Oversee daily operations for assigned client accounts utilizing online management tools and collaborating with production teams.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Monitoring production workflows and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Engaging with clients at business, operational, and IT levels to ensure timely fulfillment of their needs.
  • Facilitating communication between client IT and business teams and the FSSI Development team.
  • Collaborating with FSSI Operations management to resolve basic technical challenges.
  • Guiding clients through the intricacies of print, mailing, and online presentation specifications, as well as FSSI's proprietary tools.
  • Managing and documenting physical pulls of documents from print files.
  • Reviewing production reports to ensure accurate billing and pricing for services rendered.
  • Creating client reports and related documentation using PowerPoint, Word, or Excel.
  • Preparing documentation for inventory management and monitoring stock levels.

Project Management:
Lead client conversion projects by:

  • Documenting and managing software development requests through project management software.
  • Maintaining technical documentation related to application programs, data files, and specifications.
  • Researching and comprehending customer data and job requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients and FSSI Marketing and Development teams to design client-specific documents and envelopes.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services account management, project management, or a related industry.
  • A strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A capacity for learning and conveying complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with project management software is preferred.
