Job SummaryThe Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and fulfillment duties to both internal and external clients.
This role encompasses a variety of operational tasks, including onboarding new deposit accounts and treasury products for both consumer and business clients, which may vary in complexity.
The specialist will manage incoming inquiries via calls and emails regarding account issues from clients and business partners, ensuring that daily transactions are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
Sound decision-making techniques will be consistently applied to inquiries, approvals, and requests, adhering to the company's policies and procedures, as well as all applicable U.S. State and Federal laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard Business and Consumer deposit products and services.
- Complete Treasury Management (TM) setup forms to enable TM products and services for business clients.
- Process various types of deposit account maintenance and supersede requests.
- Gather, complete, and validate CDD/KYC requirements and forms to support depository and TM services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding their depository and/or TM products and services.
- Handle transaction and wire requests within prescribed authority limits.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, transactions, or issues using sound judgment and experience.
- Manage daily requests, perform account maintenance, review transactions, verify work, and process routine and complex transactions.
- Respond to inquiries or refer them to the appropriate department, ensuring follow-through with clients and frontline staff.
- Identify cross-sale opportunities to meet clients' banking needs.
- Communicate directly with clients and/or Business Units to ensure accurate completion of requests and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business partners and internal departments to address unique setup requests.
- Uphold organizational values by treating individuals with respect, maintaining integrity, and accepting responsibility for actions.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, completing tasks accurately and on time to support the company's goals.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy, promoting a diverse and respectful work environment.
- Perform duties safely, reporting any potentially unsafe conditions.
- Comply with occupational safety and health standards as per the OSHA Act of 1970.

- Experience in complying with Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Programs.
Salary Range:
$58,598.00 USD; Final salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
