Job Title: Senior Vice President, Reputation and Crisis Management

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Reputation and Crisis Management. This role requires a deep understanding of crisis management and reputation building, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful crisis management strategies, as well as experience in managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions to address their reputational challenges.

The estimated salary for this role is $300,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing crisis plans and providing crisis counsel to clients
  • Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of our team members
  • Collaborating with our creative team to develop innovative solutions for our clients
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members to help them achieve their career goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in public relations management, with a focus on reputation and issues management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful crisis management strategies
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
