About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Vice President of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our solutions across MD, VA, PA, NJ, and DE.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the self-funded/stop-loss/captive insurance space and a proven track record of sales success. A minimum of five years of experience is required, and the salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include developing and executing a growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and cultivating relationships with consultant partners. You will also be responsible for executing sophisticated sales methodologies and driving innovation in product development.
