Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, plan logistics, and ensure efficient material movement.
  • Maintain high standards for product quality and manage inventory with precision.
  • Optimize costs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience is also highly valued.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with familiarity with safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and logistical planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Physical and Environmental Demands
  • Work in all weather conditions with exposure to noise and moving mechanical parts.
  • Expect to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
