Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Safety First: Implement and maintain strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Equipment & Logistics: Oversee equipment maintenance, plan logistics, and ensure efficient material movement.
  • Quality & Inventory: Maintain high standards for product quality and manage inventory with precision.
  • Cost & Compliance: Optimize costs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience is also highly valued.
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with familiarity with safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and logistical planning.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Work Environment

As a Scrap Metal Manager Trainee, you will work in an outdoor environment with exposure to noise and moving mechanical parts. You can expect to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
