Our Mission

We provide our customers with efficient and reliable metal recycling services while minimizing our environmental impact. We recycle ten million tons of material annually, working with a wide variety of metals including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. We recycle these metals into over 200 different types of new sustainable raw materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Safety First: Implement and maintain strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Equipment and Logistics: Oversee equipment maintenance, plan logistics, and ensure efficient material movement.
  • Quality and Inventory: Maintain high standards for product quality and manage inventory with precision.
  • Cost and Compliance: Optimize costs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience is also highly valued.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with familiarity with safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and logistical planning.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Physical and Environmental Demands
  • Outdoor Environment: Work in all weather conditions with exposure to noise and moving mechanical parts.
  • Physical Activity: Expect to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
