Staff Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team at Vaco. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including fixed assets, prepaids, and depreciation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and maintain schedules for prepaids and fixed assets
  • Amortize journal entries and create accrual schedules
  • Record transfer pricing and intercompany transactions
  • Support reporting for budgeting and forecasting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and assist with the annual audit
  • Ad hoc management reporting and maintain internal controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with an ERP system/accounting software
