Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Excellence: Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to effectively communicate with guests and answer questions.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, driving continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a server or in a food service role is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for guests.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Food Safety Certification: Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
  • Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
