Water Resources Project Manager
Are you passionate about managing impactful water resource initiatives?
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee various water resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate all facets of assigned water resource projects, including project scope, budget management, staffing, and deliverables.
2. Collaborate with clients to secure necessary project funding by effectively navigating funding agency protocols and requirements.
3. Prepare persuasive proposals, change orders, client agreements, and project communications.
4. Innovate and design water resource solutions that meet modern standards.
5. Conduct thorough research and develop preliminary reports and feasibility assessments.
6. Accurately estimate construction costs to ensure project viability.

Qualifications:
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio is required.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited institution is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing water resource projects is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and team leadership is preferred.
- Familiarity with public sector design projects, including those involving INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal work is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in water treatment, wastewater treatment, CSO consolidation design, and municipal program management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and various water resources modeling software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe applications.
