Water Resources Project Manager Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for water resource projects? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Noblesville, IN. This is a 6-month contract to hire position. What you'll do: Lead and manage all aspects of assigned water resources projects, including scope, budget, staffing, and production. Partner with clients to secure project funding by navigating funding agency processes and requirements. Craft compelling proposals, change orders, client contracts, and project communications. Develop innovative water resource designs that adhere to cutting-edge standards. Conduct research and create preliminary reports and feasibility studies. Estimate construction costs with accuracy and efficiency. You're a perfect fit if you have: A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio. (Required) A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program. (Preferred) 7+ years of experience designing water resource projects. (Preferred) 3+ years of experience managing projects and leading teams. (Preferred) Experience with public sector design projects, including INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal projects. (Preferred) Bonus points if you have: Expertise in water treatment, wastewater treatment, CSO consolidation design, and municipal program management. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and various water resources modeling software packages. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe applications.
