The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
  • Direct field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers and administrative staff.
  • Create and update project schedules for timely delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
  • Complete daily reports and timesheets on the job site.
  • Attend meetings as directed.
  • Promote safety practices and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent managing commercial projects.
  • Data Center experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to read and evaluate blueprints and contract documents.
  • Experience with construction-related software is a plus.
  • Understands and promotes the team concept.
  • Ability to develop/maintain positive working relationships with clients, public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Must be willing to travel.
