Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Estimate project costs and manage subcontracted work as well as self-performed work activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with client expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and plans, managing resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or 12+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor.
  • Demonstrated experience estimating and managing both subcontracted and self-performed work.
  • Knowledge of construction methods associated with commercial and institutional buildings, including site work.
  • Proficient in construction-related software, spreadsheets, and email communication.
  • Preferred experience in government contracting (1-3 years).
  • Current safety credentials: OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR.
  • Current CQC certification issued by USACE/NAVFAC.
  • Professional credentials such as Associate Constructor (AC), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), or PE in good standing are highly desirable.

  • Competitive salary up to $120K.
  • Monthly gas card and EZ pass for commuting.
  • Paid parking and a performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
  • Accrued benefits including 2 weeks of vacation and 6 sick days.
  • Standard 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 6% and vested 25% each year.
