Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to lead our culinary team at Mustang River Grill in Parks, AZ.

About the Role:

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pastry department, ensuring the highest quality of ingredients and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items
  • Standardize recipes and presentation styles
  • Lead a team of pastry cooks and assistants
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create a dessert menu and specials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry arts, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
