We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dunkin Morning Crew Member. As a key member of our morning shift team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
  • Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
  • Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
  • POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
  • Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
  • Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
Operational Standards
  • Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Capable of counting money and making change
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
