Experienced Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, and providing leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards
- Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift
- Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
- Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production
- Train new team members on critical job functions
