Tower Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals.

• Implement and enforce MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI.
• Oversee daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily paperwork and site-specific closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with customer representatives to ensure smooth site-related activities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to crew members to promote learning and development.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and operational.
• Validate daily timesheets for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of industry experience with a strong track record of completing work with high quality.
• Proven ability to lead and train crew members, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record meeting company policy conditions.
• Ability to maintain FDOT log books and provide training as needed.
• Ability to climb towers, lift 50 pounds, and work up to 12 hours.
