Job Summary

The Senior Unit Marketing Manager role with Compass Group, North America is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the food and hospitality industry.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.

You will analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor information to determine market strategy and develop effective marketing plans and projects for new and existing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing accounts
  • Managing implementation of marketing tactics cross-departmentally to ensure success
  • Analyzing customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information to determine market strategy
  • Heightening brand recognition in the digital realm, resulting in increased website traffic and improved customer engagement
  • Delivering marketing activity within the agreed budget and timelines
  • Reporting on return on investment and key performance metrics to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to present to large groups confidently and effectively
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to advise implementation and produce positive outcomes by working through teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strictly adhering to corporate standards
