Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Sevita. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, including cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping. You will also provide partial or full assistance with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, including cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping

- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, compassion, and reliability
