We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Staff to join our team. As a Direct Support Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our participants and helping them thrive in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to participants, including mobility assistance, feeding, and personal care.
  • Develop and lead program activities under the direction of the Program Manager.
  • Assist with transporting and escorting participants to and from program activities.
  • Perform light cleaning duties and maintain a clean and sanitized program environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the well-being and safety of participants.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Successfully pass a Washington State and Federal Background Check.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (on-the-job training available).
  • Legibly write, read, and communicate in English.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work with adults with developmental disabilities.
Working Conditions:

The Direct Support Staff will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, requiring mobility and the ability to safely lift 50 pounds. The role involves working with ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals in various settings.
