Avera is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to enhance our team

**Potential eligibility for a $15,000-$20,000 incentive with a commitment of 2-3 years**

Position Highlights:

Job Overview

Responsible for administering respiratory therapy in accordance with the established Respiratory Care Services Standards of Care and assessing the effectiveness of the treatment provided.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution is required.
  • Graduation from an A.M.A approved Respiratory program is preferred.

Licensure and Certification

  • Must hold a license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner/Respiratory Therapist in the State of South Dakota.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required within 6 months of employment.

Work Schedule

  • Varied Day/Night Shifts: includes every other weekend, every other holiday, and occasional weekends; 72 hours every 2 weeks.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is detailed below. Actual hourly rate will be based on experience.

  • $39.50 per hour
