Job Details

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a skilled Per Diem Respiratory Therapist to support the surrounding area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and skilled nursing facility environments, with the ability to set up, provide instruction, and ongoing support of high technology modalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, set up, and provide instruction of home medical equipment
  • Provide routine equipment maintenance, instruction of proper use, safety, cleaning, and continuing education to clients
  • Schedule and conduct staff in-services of respiratory equipment to skilled nursing facilities as requested
  • Serve as a resource to referrals, physicians, clients, and NRS staff; Assist with troubleshooting of equipment

Requirements:

  • Current RT/RN License in the state of Branch location and in other state(s) as required based on territory served
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, and drug test
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Home care experience is preferred
