Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Staff BHS Physician Network, Inc. as a Registered Nurse for Vascular Institute of San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient triage and education, and assist physicians in assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and complete chart documentation to ensure all patient information is up-to-date and properly recorded.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in vascular care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office setting.
  • Current State RN license and CPR certification.
