Sard & Leff, LLC is a leading alcoholic beverage regulatory and compliance law firm in Georgia. We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team and assist with our rapid growth.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of legal experience, preferably with the Georgia Tax Center (GTC). They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file alcoholic beverage applications and related documents in a timely manner.
  • Inform clients of required documents, meetings, and additional items for alcohol license and other applications.
  • Maintain detailed time records for billing purposes.
  • Manage and monitor the firm's client calendar, ensuring all meetings and hearings are properly scheduled and deadlines are met.
  • Process applications for new state of Georgia alcohol license applications and renewals in the GTC system.
Requirements
  • One to two years of legal experience preferred.
  • Experience with the Georgia Tax Center (GTC) preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro proficiency required.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and communication skills required.
  • Internal and external customer focus.
  • Strong organization and time management skills required.
