Job SummaryWe seek an experienced Institutional Compliance Officer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing higher education institutions.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining knowledge of current and proposed regulatory changes
- Developing and updating policies and procedures
- Conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Overseeing compliance training programs
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Genesis offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and acquired credentials.
