Job Title: Diesel Truck Technician

Papé is seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Technician to join their team. As a journeyman-level technician, you will work on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks, ensuring accurate and timely repairs to support our customers and maximize their uptime.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks
  • Work on electronic trouble-shooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair
  • Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of experience working on medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Must have a driver's license with a good driving record; CDL is preferred
  • Must provide own tools
