Be Happy Property Services in Anchorage, AK is seeking a skilled Remodeling Technician - Handyman to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, and flooring. During the summer months, you will focus on outdoor projects, such as deck construction, fence installation, and siding replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in residential renovations and outdoor construction
  • Perform tasks such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, painting, and flooring
  • Handle repairs and maintenance for Home Owner Associations
  • Work well as part of a team and prioritize safety
  • Lift over 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential renovations and outdoor construction
  • A positive attitude, dependability, and professional appearance
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to receive constructive feedback
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize safety
  • Ability to lift over 75 pounds
  • Availability for occasional on-call work as needed
  • Own truck and tools

Work Schedule & Location:

This position is based in Anchorage, AK, and requires a full-time commitment. As a Remodeling Technician - Handyman, you will work primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours calls roughly once every two months.
