Casa De Oro Center seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and developing effective care plans.

About the Role:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians and according to established protocols.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to qualified staff members and supervise their work to ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based care that prioritizes patient safety, dignity, and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Foster open communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address concerns, provide education, and promote shared decision-making.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills, knowledge, and best practices in long-term care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
